Job tasks:
- Perform quality assurance tasks and identify root causes
- Communicate with internal and external teams to implement best processes
- Track performance at team and individual level
- Implement action plans to improve performance
- Supporting the whole EU region
- Reporting
The contract is for define period with possibility of prolongation.
Location: Prague or remotely anywhere from the Czech Republic
Požadujeme
- Fluent English, Polish and German, min. B2 in both verbal and written form
- experience from administration or customer service
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance is plus
- Solid command of MS Excel and Word
- home office
