Do you have technical background and willingness to learn? Have you worked in customer service?
We are seeking for communicative candidates with a passion for IT.
Your new TECHNICAL SUPPORT role will include:

* Laptops preparation (install, reinstall, wipe)
* Laptops replacement in in bulk session to users (scheduled laptop replacements in the meeting room - approx 10 users per 1 session)
* IT Customer service Level 1,2
* Providing guidance to users

Contract: till 31st January 2025
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 3

Požadujeme
* Fluent English and Czech in both written and oral form, min. C1
* Completed studies
* Experience with Windows OS
* Very good communication skills
* Ability to learn
* Pro-active attitude
